I. Introduction

In this adversary proceeding, Plaintiff Pamela M. Doyle (“Doyle”) seeks a judgment against the Chapter 7 debtor Stephanie M. Howie-Cox (“Howie-Cox”), for $133,961.61 plus costs, interest, and attorney fees, and seeks a determination that this debt is nondischargeable in Howie-Cox’s Chapter 7 case, under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), 523(a)(4) and 523(a)(6). In addition, Doyle seeks a denial of How-ie-Cox’s discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(4)(A) and 727(a)(5). The Court held a bench trial and took the matter under advisement. The…
