I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Appellant Joel Rosenfeld’s appeal of the Bankruptcy Court’s Opinion Regarding Subject Matter Jurisdiction. (Doc. 3, p. 295). The Bankruptcy Court dismissed Appellant’s adversary proceeding objecting to discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a), due to a lack of standing and lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
