MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Yelena Markovskaya (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (the “FCRA” or the “Act”) and New York State law. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants wrongfully reported information regarding the timeliness of mortgage payments to credit reporting agencies, and that such information had an adverse impact on her credit rating. Presently before the court is the motion of Defendants, pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for summary judgment. For the reasons set…
