This is an appeal from an order of conviction and sentence for violation of a township zoning ordinance. At the outset we are presented with the question as to whether the bill of exceptions may be used to demonstrate error, or whether it was belatedly filed and may not be so used. This was a case before the Municipal Court of Fostoria, and the bill of exceptions was received by the trial judge, according to his notations, on April 8, 1969, approved and returned to the clerk the same day.
