OPINION AND ORDER REINSTATING TIMOTHY PAUL McCAFFREY'S LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW

This reinstatement hearing was heard on February 15, 2000, pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.29(b) and (c) before the Presiding Disciplinary Judge ("PDJ") and two hearing board members, Marcy G.
