SANCTION IMPOSED: PUBLIC CENSURE

This consolidated matter was heard on September 27, 2000, before the Presiding Disciplinary Judge ("PDJ") and two hearing board members, Mary Weiss and Mark D. Sullivan, both members of the Bar. James E. Coyle, Assistant Regulation Counsel, represented the People of the State of Colorado (the "People"). Carl F. Manthei represented the respondent, Marci S. Gray("Gray"), who was also present. The People's exhibits 1 through 28 and 80 were admitted into evidence, and Gray's exhibits 1 through 4 were also admitted into evidence.…
