MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SUSAN RICHARD NELSON, District Judge.
This matter is before this Court on Defendants’ Expedited Motion to Stay Pending Appeal [Doc. No. 101]. For the reasons discussed below, this Court denies Defendants’ motion.
I. BACKGROUND
Defendants, the National Football League and its member teams (“the NFL” or “the League”), seek a stay pending their appeal of this Court’s April 25, 2011 Order, 779 F.Supp.2d 992, 2011 WL 1535240 (D.Minn.2011) (Doc.
