This is a possessory action, with a demand for damages for trespass, and an- injunction to prevent further trespassing. The deifendants are Michael H. Cooper, residing and domiciled in the parish of Tangipahoa, and the Lake Cypress Lumber Company, domiciled in the parish of St. Tammany. The land that the plaintiff claims to possess, as owner, and on which the defendant, Lake Cypress Lumber Company, was deadening, felling and removing: the cypress timber when stopped by the injunction, is partly in the parish of Tangipahoa and partly in the Parish of St. Tammany.
