— -OnSeptember 1, 1911, the Shafer brothers leased a lot owned by them on Second avenue, in Seattle, to John Clemmer and James Q. Clemmer for a term of ten years commencing January 1, 1912, and ending December 31, 1921. A three-story and basement store building was situated on the lot in question. The lower floor of the building was divided into store rooms and the upper floors into office rooms. The building was equipped with an elevator for service of the upper stories.
