This is an action to recover upon a death benefit certificate issued by the defendant brotherhood, based upon the life of Charles Bunge, the deceased husband of the plaintiff. The facts were stipulated in the court below, and after making findings accordingly, the trial court concluded that the plaintiff was not entitled to recover, and entered judgment dismissing the action. The plaintiff has appealed.
