This is an appeal from a judgment in a bankruptcy proceeding brought under § 75, sub. s of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S. C.A. § 203, sub. s. In 1927, appellees had title to 3,000 acres of ranch property in Leona Valley, Los Angeles County, California. Subsequently, title to said property was transferred to the Farm Home Builders Corporation, a corporation organized and wholly owned by appellees.
