Appeal from an order denying plaintiff’s motion for a new trial.

Plaintiff’s action, based on a written contract, is for an accounting and for judgment for any sales commissions found due him for selling defendant’s farm seed. By its answer, defendant asserted that the written contract did not contain the entire agreement of the parties, alleged breach of contract, and interposed three separate counterclaims for damages.
