This appeal challenges a judgment of the District Court halting a suit in which appellants sought damages from appellee for an alleged breach of con*1028tract. Stanley and Melvin dayman, the appellants, assert that Goodman Properties, Inc., the appellee, dishonored an agreement entitling them to acquire a half interest in an apartment project. Goodman Properties says it justifiably terminated the agreement.
