Peter and Lisa Hillman (“Plaintiffs”), having accepted an Offer of Judgment from Berkshire Medical Center, Inc. (“BMC”), seek reimbursement for various costs, amounting in total to $11,101.39, in connection with their claims against BMC. In response, BMC has moved to strike many of the costs sought.
