YOUNG, District Judge.
This motion for attorneys’ fees follows a settlement agreement between Suffolk County (“Suffolk”) and certain unionized correction officers employed by Suffolk (the “Officers”).

In January of 2005, complaints were filed independently by line officers assigned to the Suffolk County House of Correction, in Marotta v. Suffolk County, No. 05-10032, and superior officers assigned to the Suffolk County House of Correction and the Suffolk County Jail, in Brown v.
