David E. Kronemyer appeals from the trial court’s order granting a Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16 1 special motion to strike his complaint for declaratory relief. We find no error and affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL SUMMARY

Appellant claims he was an executive producer of the motion pictures My Big Fat Greek Wedding (IFC Films 2002) and Wishcraft (2002) and the television production Stand and Be Counted.
