The defendant, Kenneth Griggs, appeals 1 from the judgment of conviction rendered by the trial court, Hon. John F. Mulcahy, judge trial referee, after a jury trial, of attempted murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 (a) (2) and 53a-54a, burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-101 (a) (2), robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (1), larceny in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-122 (a) (3), and larceny in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-123 (a) (3). 2…
