Plaintiff seeks to recover damages from, inter alia, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (M & T) and Stephen Moxley (Moxley), one of its officers, in this action grounded in fraud and conversion which stems from an underlying business transaction involving the purchase by plaintiff of a Texas Instrument Model 765 portable computer terminal.
