*57 {¶ 1} Respondent, Sam Thomas III, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0067848, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1997. In 2010, we imposed a stayed six-month suspension on him for filing a misleading document in a client's bankruptcy proceeding and neglecting a different client's personal-injury case.
