*1292 {¶ 1} This cause came on for further consideration upon the filing of an application for reinstatement by respondent, Sam Thomas III, Attorney Registration No. 0067848, last known business address in Beachwood, Ohio.

{¶ 2} The court coming now to consider its order of February 21, 2019, wherein the court found respondent in contempt and suspended him from the practice of law until he paid all costs and accrued interest in full, finds that respondent has substantially complied with that order and with the provisions of Gov.Bar R.
