{¶ 1} Respondent, Benjamin Joltin of Canfield, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0072993, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November 2000. In a complaint certified to the Board of Professional Conduct on April 13, 2016, relator, disciplinary counsel, charged Joltin with multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct arising largely from the financial mismanagement of his practice.
