{¶ 1} Respondent, Sam Thomas III of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0067848, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1997.

{¶ 2} The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline recommends suspending respondent from the practice of law for a period of six months, with the suspension conditionally stayed. The recommendation derives from respondent’s conduct in a client’s bankruptcy case and his conduct in a second client’s personal-injury case.
