As appears from the record, this case must be dealt with in the light of the finding and rulings made in the case of Lomas & Nettleton Co. v. Isacs, 101 Conn. 614, 127 Atl. 6, in which case the parties in the instant case were also parties, and the finding and rulings of the trial court herein were made in accordance with those in that case.
