Lloyd Garretson Co. v. Robinson

The plaintiffs brought this action to restrain the defendants, the director of agriculture of this state and one of his deputies, from enforcing, as against them, chapter 67 of the Laws of 1933, p. 342 (Rem. 1934 Sup., § 8292), which was entitled, an act relating to merchants engaged in buying’ and selling agricultural products, and amending certain sections of the prior law.
