This case involves the forfeiture of a vehicle allegedly used in illegal drug trafficking pursuant to the forfeiture provisions of sec. 161.55, Stats. The section is a part of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. S & S Meats, Inc. (appellant), owner of the vehicle in question, appeals from a judgment of forfeiture entered by the circuit court for Dane County on July 27, 1977, and from an order of that court refusing to reopen the judgment entered on July 6,1978.
