¶ 1. Leonard L. Jones seeks review of an unpublished court of appeals decision1 which affirmed the circuit court's order denying his request for return of $1,783 in cash which was seized, along with various drug paraphernalia under the Uniform Controlled Substance Act (UCSA),2 during a search incident to his arrest for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI).
