HODGES, Chief Justice.

This is a disciplinary proceeding under the rules creating and controlling the Oklahoma Bar Association, 5 O.S.1971, Ch. 1, App. 1, arts. IX, X. On January 9, 1976, the Board of Governors of the Oklahoma Bar Association authorized the filing of a formal complaint against one of its members, Frank E. Hensley, respondent. Donald L. Benson was appointed trial authority, and a hearing was held before him on August 26, 1976. The trial authority made findings of fact determining respondent had commingled funds, and conclusions of law and recommended disbarment.
