A complaint was duly filed by the Oklahoma Bar Association charging the respondent in two counts of violating the Canons of Professional Ethics and with unprofessional conduct.

The trial was conducted by the trial examiner in March of 1966. The respondent was present in person and by his attorney. Thereafter the trial examiner made his report and recommendations to the Executive Council of the Oklahoma Bar Association. The trial examiner recommended that Ralph A.
