On July 29,1921, S. L. Cooper, as complainant, filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court, seeking to obtain a mechanic’s lien upon certain real estate of Nelson Thomasson, Sr., the defendant. A number of others were made parties defendant. On March 8, 1922, Thomasson, Sr., filed an answer, and later, a cross-bill. On March 15,1922, the matter was referred to Master in Chancery Doyle.
