delivered the opinion of the court:

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in an action to foreclose a mechanic’s hen. After a trial on the merits the court issued' a decree of foreclosure and awarded the money judgment prayed for.

The defendants (La Salle National Bank, as trustee, and L. W.
