Burgoyne v. Pyle

This is a mechanic’s lien proceeding which, together with case number 34538, comes up on appeal from a decree of the superior court of Cook county, finding liens in favor of complainant and two intervening petitioners, and fixing their claims as first liens upon the property in question.
