Appellant State of Arkansas, Office of Child Support Enforcement, Pulaski County (OCSE), appeals the judgment of the Pulaski County Chancery Court granting Appellee Joey A. Terry’s motion to prohibit OCSE from representing the interests of his ex-wife, Lisa Terry Smith, in an attempt to collect past-due child support from him. The chancellor prohibited OCSE’s representation of Lisa on the ground that the agency had previously represented Joey’s interest while he was the custodial parent.
