On May 4, 1983, the Chairman of the Natural Resources Commission issued a final determination which adopted the opinion and order of the Assistant Supervisor of Wells of the Department of Natural Resources (Order No. [A]14-8-81) as its final decision. On November 16, 1984, the Ingham Circuit Court issued an opinion and order of remand in these consolidated cases which affirmed in part and reversed in part the determination of the Natural Resources Commission and remanded the case to the commission for further proceedings.
