The petitioner asks us to overturn a National Labor Relations Board order directing it to bargain with District No. 8, Inter-' national Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO. The Board cross-petitions for enforcement of its order. Before us for review are the Board’s findings (1) that Dynamic Machine Co., a successor employer 1 to a firm that participated in a representation election won by the union, is obligated to bargain with the union; and (2) that Foreman Harry Tietz was a supervisor within the meaning of Section 2(11) of the National Labor…
