This is an application filed by the Pima County Attorney' in behalf of the Státe of Arizona for a writ to review the action of Robert O. Roylston, Pima County Superior Court Judge, ■ sitting as -a - committing magistrate, in postponing the preliminary hearing o'f the defendant,.
