ICRUCKER, Judge.
Catherine Lenahan was informed against for the crime of attempted murder. A jury found her guilty and she was sentenced to not less than five nor more than eight years. She appeals these determinations.
The facts are as follows. An altercation between defendant and undersheriff James. O. Wyckoff took place on November 24, 1968. Both parties lived at a Tucson address along with defendant’s daughter.
