Prior to the upcoming trial of the above numbered, consolidated eases, defendant filed a Motion in Limine to exclude the expert report of Steven R. Perry, a proposed expert witness for plaintiff Gulf Group General Enterprises Co. W.L.L. (Gulf Group). Defendant argues that the opinions expressed by Mr. Perry in his expert report are legal conclusions and invade the province of the court.
