Robert Walter Smith (claimant) appeals from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission denying his request for temporary disability benefits following an injury by accident on April 12, 1997, while he was employed by Robert W. Smith, a sole proprietorship, which received workers’ compensation insurance coverage through State Farm Fire & Casualty Insurance Company (hereinafter collectively “employer”).
