NiSource, Inc. and Ace American Insurance Company (collectively, employer) appeal a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (commission) terminating the outstanding award of temporary total disability benefits to Eric Shawn Thomas (claimant) and awarding him temporary partial disability benefits instead. In reaching that decision, the commission determined that claimant had engaged in post-injury, light-duty work and failed to report earnings.
