MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the Objection to Exemptions file by Ridgely Porter, III (“Porter” or “Creditor”). Porter claims that several of the exemptions utilized by Kelly Daniels Sheeran (“Sheer-an” or “Debtor”) violate the applicable provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 522 and relevant non-bankruptcy law.
