This is an action by the lessee of a storeroom to declare invalid the provisions of a zoning ordinance which prohibits its use as a beer parlor and to enjoin the enforcement of those provisions. The action purportedly was commenced by the owner of the premises, Allan L. Campbell, as well as by the lessee, Jon-Mar Co., a corporation, the appellant herein, but was withdrawn as to the owner when he protested that he had been joined as a party without his consent.
