The defendant-appellant, Anthony L. Houston, and his co-defendant, Engai Maul,1 were convicted of the June 9, 1997, murder2 of Damon Simpson. Houston was also adjudicated a habitual offender. Houston appeals, claiming insufficient evidence and errors in admission of evidence.
