CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiff, Mickey Grayson, appeals from a summary judgment entered against him on his claims against the City of Chicago arising from alleged employment dis crimination. He claims race and age discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA). The District Court held that Grayson did not establish a prima facie case of discrimination and entered a judgment for the defendant on March 20, 2001.
