It is contended in behalf of appellant that it was error to direct a verdict for the defendant, because it is said there was evidence tending to prove it guilty of negligence causing the accident, and that upon the evidence the jury might have so found without acting unreasonably in the eye of the law. The question of negligence is one of law for the court, when the evidence is undisputed; and where, with all justifiable inferences that can be drawn from the evidence, it is so insufficient to sustain the charge that reasonable minds would so pronounce it without hesitation or dissent, the…
