The trial of this action resulted in a judgment that plaintiff French recover from the defendants High, Robbins, and International Banking Corporation the sum of $15,295, with interest thereon from April 4, 1907, and that defendant and cross-complainant Watt recover from said defendants High, Robbins, and International Banking Corporation the sum of five thousand dollars, with like interest.
