It is conceded in this workmen’s compensation case that appellant’s husband, William. Brecker, a miner, was killed by an explosion of dynamite on June 19, 1934, during the course of his employment in one of the mines of the defendant company.
The sole defense relied upon before the compensation authorities was that his death was “intentionally self-inflicted” and therefore not compensable under the provision of Section 301 of the Workmen’s Compensation Act of June 2, 1915, P.
