Appellant in his assignment of errors, alleges “that the court erred in that it failed to find the facts, if any there *177were, constituting, or wbicb could constitute, any consideration for the contract or promissory note,” and insists that the finding made by the court, namely, ¿<that for a valuable consideration received by said defendant he (the defendant) executed the promissory note mentioned,” was a mere conclusion of law and not a finding of fact at all.
