McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Indalecio Arellano appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota finding him guilty, pursuant to a written plea agreement, of aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and possession of an unregistered destructive device, in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5845(f), 5861(d). The district court sentenced him to a total of 121 months imprisonment, 5 years supervised release, and a special assessment of $200.00. For reversal,…
