United States v. Paton
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
Lyle Robert Patón conditionally pled guilty to five counts of production of child pornography, reserving the right to challenge the district court’s 1 denial of his motion to suppress the images of child pornography seized from his home during the execution of a search warrant. The district court sentenced Patón to life in prison.
