This case involves the claims of Bruce W. Majer, Allen W. Fortna, and the Hermitage Partnership (“Hermitage”), against Sonex Research, Inc. (“Sonex”) and four affiliated individuals: Roger D. Posey, Jim Z.I. Williams, George E. Ponticas, and Andrew A. Pouring. The plaintiffs invested in Sonex through a private placement in 2004.
